CSC järjestää biolaskennan peruskurssin 25. - 26.11. 2004.
Kurssilla käsitellään tietokantahakuja, sekvenssianalyysiä ja
fylogenetiikkaa mm. EMBOSS-, SRS-, Clustal- ja Phylip-ohjelmistoja
käyttäen. Lisäksi tutustutaan Blast- ja Smith-Waterman -hakuihin
Gepardi-erikoispalvelimellamme.

CSC organises a course: Basics in Bioinformatics 25. - 26.11. 2004
The course covers basics of database searches, sequence analysis
and phylogenetics using EMBOSS, SRS, Clustal and Phylip-packages.
It also includes Blast-searches using our specialized Gepardi-server.
Please note that the course is in Finnish. More information on the course
