*DNA microarray data analysis using R / Bioconductor*

CSC arranges a course on DNA microarray (expression) data analysis using R
and Bioconductor between 4.-7.9.2007.

This course covers the basics of R and Bioconductor, and no previous
knowledge of these tools is expected. The course consists of lectures and
hands-on exercises, the emphasis being on the exercises. The last day of
the course is reserved for work with own data, but participants without
their own data set can use demo data provided by the lecturers.
