[Genetics] UV-crosslinker

Hi,

The department has allocated some money for buying a UV-crosslinker to
genetics. If you have some suggestions regarding the model or some special
applications that need a certain type of model, let me know within a
couple of days. In general, it can be used for eliminating PCR
contamination, crosslinking DNA and RNA, nicking ethidium-bromide-stained
DNA, gene mapping, RecA mutation screening and testing, UV sterilization,
UV-induced polymerization etc.

Picture of the linker is attached. The same model is also at the plant
physiology (3rd floor lab) if you want to go and check.
