During the Spring and early Summer, CSC is offering the following
bioinformatics courses. Registration on the courses is currently open. In

* DNA microarray (expression) data analysis *

Chipster is a new DNA microarray data analysis software developed at CSC.
It builds on top of the statistical environment R / Bioconductor, and
contains many tools not readily available in any other graphical data

R is a free statistical software. It is extensively used in, e.g.,
genetics, ecology and sociology. We are running a basic statistics course
as a preparatory course for the mixed modeling course to be arranged in
the Autumun.
