[Genetics] Teaching, basics in bioinformatics

Dear all,

One additional teacher would be needed for Basics in bioinformatics course (750340A) computer exercises (20 h in the computer class + 3 h seminar). The exercises start on March 7th. The topics cover e.g. similarity searches from the GenBank, pairwise/multiple sequence alignment, constructing phylogenies, gene prediction, i.e. very basic stuff for 2nd year students. In both groups there are also English speaking students. It is possible to teach the same topics for two groups: not so much preparations to do.

Does any of our students/post-docs have teaching hours to do? Please, let me know asap.
