<p>PoPLi:n saunatilat. Tarkempaa tietoa lähetän lähempänä pikkujouluja. Kaikki seuramme</p>
<p>jäsenet ovat lämpimästi tervetulleita! :)</p>

<p>Syyskokouksessa valitaan vuoden 2015 hallitus. Mikäli olet kalenterivuoden 2015 aikana Oulussa</p>
<p>ja käytettävissä vuoden aikana 4-5 kertaa yhteisesti sovittuna ajankohtana, niin
<strong>harkitse hallitukseen</strong></p>
<p><strong>liittymistä</strong>! Isoja tehtäviä siellä ei ole nakitettavana. Ja me tarvitsemme ihmisiä!<br>

<p>Hallitus koostuu puheenjohtajasta, rahastonhoitajasta, sihteeristä ja kolmesta rivimiehestä.</p>
<p>Puheenjohtajalla on eniten hommaa, mutta onneksi puheenjohtaja on jo tiedossa, ellei joku</p>
<p>halua varta vasten ilmoittautua ehdolle. Rahastonhoitaja on seuraavaksi kiireisin, tosin</p>
<p>homma on lähinnä tietokonehommaa silloin tällöin. Sihteerillä on helppo jobi, lähinnä pöytäkirjojen</p>
<p>kirjoittamista, etenkin, kun minä puheenjohtajana olen nyt hoitanut passisihteerinkin hommaa</p>
<p>(joka on myös pieni homma seuramme pienen koon vuoksi). Rivimiehet puolestaan lähinnä idlaavat</p>
<p>ja saapuvat kokouksiin paikalle. Yleensä he tarkastavat kokousten pöytäkirjat, jotka sihteeri kirjoittaa.</p>
<p>Ja puheenjohtaja nakittaa minijuttuja.<br>

<p>Lähinnä kaivataan ns. rivimiehiä ja mahdollisesti sihteeri, jotta hallitus saataisiin kokoon ja kokouksissa</p>
<p>olisi päätäntävalta (väh. 3/6 hallituslaisesta läsnä per kokous). Rivimiehien tärkein tehtävä on olla</p>
<p>kokouksissa läsnä. Ja hallituksella on aina hauskaa.</p>

<p>Jos siis mitenkään olet paikkakunnalla vuoden 2015 ajan, niin harkitse hallitukseen liittymistä!</p>
<p>Teitä jäseniämme kaivataan hallitukseen, kun vanhat parrat hallituslaiset ovat välivuotta jossakin</p>
<p>tai pysyvästi lähtevät Oulusta tai muuten eivät ole käytettävissä!</p>

Book Saturday 29th of November (17 o'clock ->) from your calendar, as we will then hold
<p>the pre-Christmas party and autumn meeting of OYUS Judo. Pizza and sauna will be</p>
present. Tha place will be PoPLi's sauna at Kaijonharju. All our members are warmly welcome! :)<br>

At the autumn meeting our club will choose the boar for year 2015. If you are available during the
<p>year 2015 for 4-5 short board meetings, then please <strong>consider joining the board</strong>! There is nothing</p>
too big to do. And we need more people!<br>
<br>
The board consists of a chairperson, a treasurer, a secretary and three "linemen". The chairperson
<p>has the most duties to do, but we know already a person who is willing to take the spot, unless</p>
<p>somebody wants to nominate themselves for a slection. The treasurer is the next busiest, though</p>
<p>the work is mainly done at a comeputer. The secretary runs an easy job as they write the minutes, and</p>
<p>as I as the chairperson have taken care of the very small duties of a Judopass secretary. The "linemen"</p>
mostly idle and arrive to the board meetings. Some small tasks will be given to them.<br>
<br>
We mostly miss "linemen" and a prospect secretary, so that we can assemble the board and the board
<p>has the authority in the meetings (we need at least 3/6 board members to be present for the authority</p>
and the decicions to hold in the meetings). The most important dutie for "linemen" is to be present at<br>
the meetings. And the board has always fun.<br>

So if you anyhow are available during the year 2015, please consider joining the board! We reallyneed you, our members, as some of the old board members are not available next year!<br>
