<p>OYUS Judo kokoustaa vuotuisen sääntömääräisen syyskokouksensa koko seuran voimin lauantaina 29.11.</p>

<p>PoPLi:n saunakabinetissa (Sammonkatu 6, Kaijonharju) klo 17:00 alkaen. Kaikki seuran jäsenet ovat</p>

<p>tervetulleita paikan päälle. Kokouskutsu on liitteenä.<br>

<p>Kokouksessa on tarkoitus valita hallitus vuodelle 2015. Kokouksessa valitaan uusi puheenjohtaja sekä viisi (5)</p>

<p>muuta hallituksen jäsentä, joiden tehtävien jakautumisesta uusi hallitus päättää itsenäisesti tammikuussa</p>

<p>järjestäytymiskokouksessa. Nämä viisi tointa ovat rahastonhoitaja, sihteeri ja kolme rivimiestä.</p>

<p>Toivon, että mahdollisimman moni olisi valmis astumaan vuoden ajaksi vaikkapa rivimieheksi! Pesti ei ole</p>

<p>vaikea eikä aikaa vievä, mutta ilman sitä ei seuran asiat pyöri.</p>

<p>Kokouksen jälkeen (ei kestä kauaa, ellei taas höpistä omiamme :D) syömme pitsaa ja saunomme. Siitä lisää seuraavassa sähköpostissa.</p>

<p>OYUS Judo will hold the annual autumn meeting at PoPLi's sauna cabinet on Saturday 29th November</p>

<p>at 17 o'clock. All members of our club are welcome! You'll find the invitation of the meeting as an attachment</p>

<p>of this email (in Finnish).</p>

<p><br>

<p>The board for year 2015 is going to be chosen at the meeting. We will choose next year's chairperson and five</p>

<p>(5) other members of the board, whose duties will be decided by the new board itself in January in their own</p>

<p>meeting. These duties are treasurer, secretary and three linemen.</p>

<p><br>

<p>I wish that as many people as possible would step forth and and join the board for one year! Being in the</p>

<p>board is not hard or time-consuming, but without it the club does not function.</p>

<p><br>

</p>

<p>After the meeting, which will not take long (unless we twaddle again :D), we will eat pizza and go to sauna.</p>
