<I>The Hòjò kata is the first classic kata of the Jikishinkage-ryþ style. The Hòjò kata is composed of 4 stages, also called seasons, namely Spring (haru no tachi), Summer (natsu no tachi), Autumn (aki no tachi) and Winter (fuyu no tachi) in order of execution. Each season contains 6 - 8 waza. </I><BR>Hòjò-kataharjoitukset 3.dan ja ylemmille harjoittelijoille. Jos tilaa on, ohjaajien suositusten pohjalta saatetaan poikkeuksia tehdä.<BR>
