Tällä viikolla sekä maanantain että torstain vuorot on rauhoitettu peruskurssia varten. Vanhempi väki on tietenkin tervetullut kertaamaan perusteita.<br>

<div>This week practices on Monday and Thursday are for the beginners course only to ensure some time for orientation for the new beginners. Older practitioners are of course welcome to go over the basics.<br>
