SOOPA järjestää vaellusruokaillan keskiviikkona 6.3 klo 16:00 alkaen
kololla. Tule jakamaan ohjeita, ideoita ja reseptejä vaellusruokailuun sekä
maistelemaan vaellusruokia. Oma ruoka-astia, lusikka ja muki mukaan!
Oiva tilaisuus myös pääsiäisvaellukselle lähtijöille!

Jaa oma reseptisi muille! Resepti voi olla oma erikoisuutesi, paras
reseptisi, käyttökelpoinen pääsiäisvaellukselle, nopea tai ihan mikä syy
vain oman valintasi mukaan. Vaikka et pääsisi paikallekaan, niin toivomme
että lähettäisitte hyviä reseptivinkkejä.

Tule kokkaamaan maistiaisia omasta suosikkireseptistäsi! Ujostella ei nyt
kannata, mokailu kuuluu asiaan ja vaellusruuat on aina muutenkin vähän
sinne päin! Me ostamme tarvikkeet, sinä kokkaat maistiaiset.
Tule tekemään yhdessä iloista SOOPAn kokeilevaa keittiötä :)

Ohjeet:
1. Selaile reseptikirjaasi ja valitse vaellusruokaresepti
2. Lähetä reseptisi Antille (pekkaant [at] mail student oulu fi) ke 6.3.
9:00 mennessä
(reseptin ainemäärät 1L/Trangiakattila annosta kohden)
3. Jos haluat kokata maistiaisia muille lähettämälläsi reseptillä,
kerro se myös Antille
4. Keräämme reseptit vihkoseksi, joka jaetaan kaikille osallistuneille
5. Käymme kaupassa ja ostamme ruokatarvikkeet
6. Tule paikalle oma ruoka-astia, lusikka ja muki mukana
7. Jos kokkaat, niin myös oma trangia + kauhat yms. mukaan.


Illan kulku:
16:00 alustusta, keskustelua, ideoita + neuvoja vaellusruokailusta
17:00 kokkaillaan vaellusruokia trangioilla yks kattila per resepti
19:00 mahat pulleina jatketaan koloillalla: lautapelejä+naurua pitkälle
yöhön :)

Ruokatarvikkeiden ostamisesta
Jos maistiaisreseptejä tulee valtava määrä, niin joudumme ehkä rajoittamaan
kokattavia reseptejä kustannusten tai tarkoituksenmukaisuuden takia. Siinä
tapauksessa tiedotamme reseptin lähettäjää.

SOOPA will have a Hiking Food Evening in Wednesday 6.3. starting at 16pm in
kolo (kolo location in SOOPA web page). Come to share guideance, ideas and
recipes for making food in hikes and taste some hiking foods. Take your own
plate, spoon and mug with you!
What a splendid possibility to Easter Hikers!

Share your recipe to other hikers! The recipe can be your own speciality,
your best recipe, something useful for Easter Hike, fast or basically any
reason you can think of. Even if you can come we hope that you share your
recipe with us!

Come to make food with your own recipe! No reason to be shy, mistakes are
part of the business and hiking foods are always little something not in
recipe! We buy ingredients, you make food. Come to make together SOOPA
experimental kitchen :)

Procedure:
1. Browse your recipe-book and pick-up a recipe
2. Send your recipe to Antti (pekkaant [at] mail student oulu fi) before
6.3. 9am.
(make ingredient amounts to suit total food result of 1L)
3. If you would like to make food to other with the recipe,
tell that also to Antti
4. We will gather recipes in to a booklet to share with each participant
5. We will go to shop and buy food and stuff according your recipe
6. Come to kolo with your own plate, spoon and mug
7. If you are a cook then take also trangia + gear for cooking with you

Program
16pm Info, ideas, guideance and discussion about hiking food
17pm cooking foods one recipe per one trangia
19pm with full stomachs we continue evening as normal koloilta:
playing board games and laughing through the night :)

About buying foods and stuff.
If there are going to be plenty of recipes to make, then we may need to
restrict amount of recipes because of costs or other reason. In that case
we will send a note to sender of the recipe.
