Kolon muutto / Moving Kolo

In English below.

Saimme juuri tietää, että SOOPAn tulee muuttaa remontin alta uuteen sijaintiin ensi viikon keskiviikkoon mennessä.  Uusi tila sijaitsee Syntaksiksen, Nikolin ja Cassiopeian käytössä olevien tilojen vieressä, likimain L6:n yläpuolella. Tarvitsemme kaikki mahdolliset käsiparit auttamaan muutossa!

Aloitamme huomenna perjantaina Uuden Kolon siivouksella kello 19:00 aikoihin. Tähän ei tarvitse kovin montaa ihmistä, mutta jos haluat tulla auttamaan, otan apusi kiitollisena vastaan! :)

Ylihuomenna lauantaina jatketaan tavaroiden pakkauksella vanhalla Kololla kello 12:00, ja tavaroita aletaan siirtämään sitä mukaa, kun se on mahdollista. Kannattaa syödä ennen aloitusta, mutta SOOPA myös tarjoaa jonkinlaisen ruoan talkooväelle päivän edetessä (ehkä kello 16 aikoihin). Lauantaina Panu (040 842 9377) toimii työnjohtajana, joten soitelkaa hänelle, jos ette löydä Vanhalle Kololle tai ovi on lukossa.

Sunnuntaina jatketaan aamulla kello 10:00, ja hommia jatketaan niin kauan kuin energiaa riittää. SOOPA tarjoaa taas jonkin ruoan päivän aikana.

Maanantai-iltana jatketaan viiden aikoihin niillä hommilla, mitä jäljellä on. Tarjolla ainakin Uudella Kololla paistettuja lettuja :) Tarvittaessa jatketaan vielä tiistainakin, mutta homman pitäisi olla tässä vaiheessa pikkuhiljaa jo olla paketissa hektisimmältä osin.

We just got information that SOOPA has to move from the current Kolo to another location at the University by Wednesday next week. The new place is located roughly above L6, on the second floor. We will need everyone who is able to help!

We begin tomorrow on Friday roughly at 19:00 with cleaning the new Kolo. This doesn't require that many people, but if you're willing to help me, I'd be more than grateful for it! :)

On Saturday we continue at 12:00 at the Old Kolo by packing and moving stuff. You should eat before coming, but SOOPA will also provide a meal during the day (maybe somewhere around 4 PM). On Saturday Panu acts as a foreman, so call him (040 842 9377) if you can't find the Old Kolo or the door is locked.

On Sunday we continue at 10 AM and we continue as long as we have energy. There'll be a meal somewhen during the day, again.

On Monday we continue with whatever tasks there are left at 17:00. There will be at least pancakes made at the New Kolo, if nothing else :) If necessary, we will continue on Tuesday, but the task should be getting finished by this time. At least for the most crucial parts.
