[SOOPA] Syyskauden avaus/opening of the autumn season

Moikka! Syksy on päässyt vauhtiin ja onkin aika suunnata nuotiolle nauttimaan syksystä!

Lauantaina 23.9. tulistellaan Letonniemessä klo 14 alkaen. Syyskauden avaus on rento tapahtuma, jossa päästään nauttimaan luonnosta, nuotioherkuista ja hyvästä seurasta. Olitpa sitten vanha tai uusi jäsen olet tervetullut mukaan!

Nuotiopaikka sijaitsee Letonniemen suojelualeen kärjessä meren rannalla. Nuotiopaikan yhteydessä on myös lintutorni. Paikalle voi saapua haluamallaan kulkuvälineellä omien aikataulujen mukaisesti, mutta mikäli kaipaan reittiopastusta tai matkaseuraa voit saapua yliopiston F1-oven luokse ja lähteä yhdessä pyöräilemään kello 13.15.
Rennon oleilun lisäksi tarjolla on nuotiolla tehtävää syötävää. Voit ottaa halutessasi myös omia eväitä!

Voit tulla tapahtumaan, vaikka et olisikaan vielä Soopan jäsen. Mikäli sinulla on kysyttävää Soopan toiminnasta kerromme mielellämme! Voit kertoa myös omia tapahtumaideoitasi. Soopan tapahtumat ovat päihteettömiä.
Mukaan et tarvitse kuin säänmukaiset vaatteet.

Varaamme nuotioeväiksi seka- ja kasvissyöjille sopivaa evästä, mutta mikäli sinulla on muita erityisruokavaliota ilmoitathan niistä meille mahdollisimman pian niin osaamme varata sopivat herkut sinullekin!

Hi! Autumn is in full swing and it's time to head to the campfire to enjoy autumn!

On Saturday 23rd of September at 2 pm we will gather around the campfire at Letonniemi. The opening of the autumn season is a relaxed event where you can enjoy nature, bonfirefood and good company. Whether you are an old or new member, you are welcome to join!

The campfire site is located at the tip of the Letonniemi area by the sea. There is also a bird tower next to the campfireplace. Everyone can decide their own means of transport to arrive at the location as they wish.  But if you need route guidance, you can set off together by bike from university's F1 door at 1.15 pm.

At the campfire site we will enjoy the fire and spend time in the company of new and old members. Soopa will provide some food, but you can also bring your own snacks etc. Please note that all Soopa events are alcohol free. You only need suitable glothing.

If you have some any allergies/diets, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can bring suitable food for everyone.
