[SOOPA] SOOPA email list has problems. Please help and answer this questionnaire

Hello all!
We have got lots of messages that the SOOPA email list have problems.

Now I politely ask *all you SOOPA list subscribers* to answer this short
questionnaire in Google Form.

We strongly hope that all list subscribers answer this questionnaire.
*Please answer even if everything seems to be fine with your emails.
Because if some messages doesn't reach you then list does not work but
everything seems to be fine for you.*

That way we can try to locate the problems and fix those or help you to fix
it if the problem is on your side.
