<p>Lähetin juuri viestiä kaikille henkilöille, jotka löytyvät SOOPAn jäsenrekisteristä ja joilla on tiedossa oleva sähköpostiosoite. Viestissä ilmoitin, jos jäsenmaksu oli maksettu vuosilta 2016 ja 2017 tai muistutin tulevan vuoden jäsenmaksusta ja eronneeksi
katsomisesta, jos kuluvan vuoden jäsenmaksua ei makseta.</p>

<p>Jos jostain syystä et ole saanut mitään viestiä aiheesta, voi syy olla jokin seuraavista:</p>
<p>-Et ole jäsen</p>
<p>-Jäsentietosi ovat puutteelliset jäsenrekisterissämme</p>
<p>-Viesti on tulkittu roskapostiksi</p>

<p>Jos et ole saanut viestiä, tarkista roskapostikansiosi ja jos sieltäkään ei löydy mitään, voit päivittää tietosi helpoiten täyttämällä SOOPAn nettisivuilta löytyvän jäsenhakemuslomakkeen. Jos mielestäsi olet myös maksanut jäsenmaksun, lisää jonkin sopivan
kentän loppuun maininta siitä, milloin olet jäsenmaksun maksanut ja/tai tiedon siitä, kuka jäsenmaksun on puolestasi maksanut, jos joku on näin tehnyt.</p>

<p>I just sent email to everyone in SOOPA's member register with a functional email address. In the message I told if the recipient had already paid their membership fee for the years 2016 and 2017 or reminded them of the fee for the coming year. Or reminded
them about the fact that we consider those members to have left SOOPA, who haven't paid their membership fee for the current year.</p>

<p>If you haven't got the email, one or more of the following reasons may apply:</p>
<p>-You are not a member</p>
<p>-Your contact information (email address) is not up to date in our register</p>
<p>-The email has been judged to be spam</p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p>So if you haven't got the message and think you should have, check your spam folder and if there's no email there, either, you can most easily update your contact info by filling the membership application form found on our website. If also you have paid
the membership fee, add to the end of a suitable field information about when and who paid your membership fee.</p>
