Rauli Partanen is the main author of the new book on Finland's
<br>
unveiling oil-dilemma. He has been blogging on resource scarcity,
<br>
energy, climate change and their relation to the viability of the
<br>
Finnish welfare society for years. Two years ago he began exploring
<br>
the Finnish situation in relation to oil - the most critical of our
<br>
energy sources, and after hooking up with the co-authors Heikki
Waris <br>
and Harri Paloheimo, wrote a book on the subject: "Suomi öljyn
<br>
jälkeen" or "Finland after oil". He is the chairman of the
fresh <br>
organization ASPO Finland, the national branch of the international
<br>
Association for the Study of Peak Oil and Gas (ASPO
International).<br><br>

Suomi öljyn jälkeen is a book full of information on oil, its uses,

substitutes and the huge challenges and problems the peaking of
global <br>
oil production will bring.<br><br>

tekee Suomi - tuo pieni pohjoinen maa, jolla ei ole omaa
