The course will start on Friday 13th September at 8:15-10 at room SÄ107
with an introdution to the course and its working methods

course includes lectures (and visits) on:
</font><font size=3 color="#0000FF">The Barents environment; History of
the Barents collaboration and the political and economic profile of the
Barents Region; Infrastructure and building in the Barents Region;
People, cultures and livelihoods in the Barents Region; People and health
at the Barents Region, and Technological challenges and possibilities in
the Barents Region. The language of instruction and completion of the
course is English.<br>
