<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US">Degree students of the Faculty of Technology (mechanical engineering, process engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering and management) intending to do the practical training as a part of their
study programme outside Finland, may apply for travel grant of 150 – 500 euros.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US">Post-graduate students are not eligible for this grant. No funding is available for training in the studentīs home country.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US">The travel grant application must be submitted before deadline of 30 May 2014 to coordinator Outi Simi, Office of the Faculty of Technology.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US">The training position must be acquired before applying for the grant. Confirmation from the employer must be attached to the application.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US">If the placement is cancelled, the applicant must immediately inform the coordinator about this and return the grant to the Faculty of Technology.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US">Within one month after finishing the traineeship period, travel grant students must report on their stay abroad. A written, free-formed report must be submitted to the coordinator. The report should contain helpful
information on practical matters for other students.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
