We are looking for a Summer Trainee to join the Group Strategy department, located at Metso Group Head Office in Helsinki. Typical tasks for a trainee include:
<br>
•Research and analytical support for the team<br>
•Improving regular products the function provides e.g. financial benchmarks, business intelligence, macroeconomic models<br>
•Supporting the function in orchestrating programs that improve the growth or cost base of the corporation<br>
•Collaboration on ad hoc deep dives that answer to top management requests for clarification<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>Our potential candidate is ideally:<br>
•A univers! ity student finishing their second or third year of study in the field of industrial management or other technical disciplines, finance or economics<br>
•A mature individual, with a professional personality and good communication skills<br>
•Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)<br>
•A flexible team player<br>
•Available to continue on a part-time basis beyond the summer<br>
•Socially and interculturally competent and has a global mindset<o:p></o:p></p>
