Wappu or May Day, originally a day for labourers, is the most important happening of the year for students in Finland. In Oulu the celebrations usually last for at least a week.<br>
<br>
OPTIEM (Guild for students of Industrial Engineering and Management) and Ympäristörakentajakilta (Guild for students of Environmental Engineering) are throwing a ValeWappu –party (FalseWappu) to celebrate the ever nearing Wappu.<br>
The party is in Tivoli on the 30th of March from 22:00 onwards. Remember to dress wappuly. In the evening there will be treasure hunting and possibility to play beerpong.<br>

Tickets in advance are 2 euros and from the door 4 euros. You can pay in cash in advance and with cash or plastic at the door.<br>
