<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black">Asiakasyrityksemme on yksi Suomen johtavista infrarakentajista Suomessa ja Pohjoismaissa. He vahvistavat nyt joukkojaan kesän ajaksi ratapuolen työnjohdon tehtävissä. Heidän palvelunsa
kattavat kokonaisvaltaisesti kaikki radan päällys- ja alusrakentamiseen liittyvät raidetyöt sekä uudisrakentamisessa että myös korjausrakentamisen puolella. Ratatyöt voivat olla pieniä korjaustöitä kuin myös suuria hankekokonaisuuksia, esimerkiksi päällystystöitä.<br>
<br>
Etsimme kahta työnjohtajaa kesäksi touko-elokuun ajaksi. Työ sopii erinomaisesti esimerkiksi opintojensa loppuvaiheessa olevalle insinööriopiskelijalle. Keväällä valmistuvalle paikasta voi mahdollisesti löytyä kesän jälkeen myös pidempiaikainen työpaikka.<br>
<br>
Työnjohtajan tehtävässä vastuullasi on kokonaisuuden valvominen työmaalla yhdessä muiden työnjohtajien kanssa. Vastuullasi on myös työnsuunnittelu ratarakentamisen työmaalla.<br>
<br>
Tehtävässä menestyminen edellyttää:<br>
<br>
- Opiskelutaustaa sopivalta alalta, esimerkiksi insinöörin opinnot ammattikorkeakoulusta<br>
- Kokemus ratapuolen työtehtävistä on suureksi eduksi<br>
- Kokemus työnjohdon tehtävistä on eduksi mutta ei välttämätöntä<br>
- Oma-aloitteista työotetta ja tiimipelaavaa luonnetta<br>
- Matkustusvalmiutta (työmaan sijainti varmistuu kevään aikana)<br>
- Valmiutta viikonloppu- ja yötöihin silloin tällöin<br>
<br>
Työturvallisuus- ja rataturvakurssit ovat suureksi eduksi, tarvittaessa ne voi suorittaa ennen töiden aloitusta.<br>
