<div dir="ltr"><p style="margin:0px;padding:0px 0px 1.7857em;font-size:14px"><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)" color="#000000">Ylioppilaskunnan hallituksessa sinulla on ainutlaatuinen mahdollisuus päästä kehittymään opiskelijavaikuttajana, saada uusia ystäviä ja oppia työelämän kannalta monipuolisia taitoja. Pääset vaikuttamaan siihen miten OYY näkyy opiskelijoiden parissa ja rakentamaan entistä parempaa ylioppilaskuntaa.  Työ opiskelijan hyvän elämän puolesta alkaa, kun just sinä pääset ylioppilaskunnan hallitukseen vuodelle 2018.</font></p><p style="margin:0px;padding:0px 0px 1.7857em;font-size:14px"><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" color="#000000" style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">Hallitustyöskentely tarjoaa 6–9 opiskelijalle ainutlaatuisen tilaisuuden johtaa ja kehittää ylioppilaskunnan päivittäistä toimintaa edustajiston linjojen mukaisesti.  Kenenkään ei tarvitse olla superihminen, jotta voisi hakea hallitukseen. Motivaatio, halu oppia ja kehittyä vuoden mittaisessa työssä opiskelijoiden hyväksi riittää. Hallituksen jäsenenä toimit linkkinä opiskelijoiden välillä ja saat pitää tiiviisti  yhteyttä eri aloihin OYY-kummin roolissa. Pääset laajentamaan projektinhallinta-, johtamis- ja organisointiosaamistasi, edistämään vuorovaikutustaitojasi, verkostoitumaan sekä kehittämään monia muita tärkeitä opiskeluiden aikana ja niiden jälkeen tarvittavia taitoja.  Hallitusvuosi tuo mukanaan uusia, mahtavia kavereita ympäri Suomen ja tilaisuuden vaikuttaa yli 11 000 opiskelijan puolesta niin yliopiston, kaupungin kuin valtakunnan tasolla.</font></p><p style="margin:0px;padding:0px 0px 1.7857em;font-size:14px"><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" color="#000000" style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">Hallitustyöskentely on luottamustoimi, jossa hallitus esimerkiksi valitsee opiskelijaedustajat useisiin eri päätöksentekoelimiin, järjestää tapahtumia ja tempauksia,  vastaa ylioppilaskunnan taloudesta sekä valvoo ylioppilaskunnan jäsenten eli opiskelijoiden etua. Hallituslaiset työskentelevät hyvin moninaisissa ja vaihtelevissa tehtävissä, jolloin sinulla on mahdollisuus päästä hyödyntämään juuri omaa osaamistasi. Kannattaa rohkeasti ottaa yhteyttä aiempiin hallituslaisiin ja kysyä lisää heidän pesteistään!</font></p><p style="margin:0px;padding:0px 0px 1.7857em;font-size:14px"><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" color="#000000" style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">Hallitustyöskentely vaatii sitoutumista ja osallistumista viikoittaiseen ja semi virka-aikaiseen toimintaan, kuten hallituksen kokouksiin, projektien edistämiseen sekä poliittiseen vaikuttamiseen. Hallituksessa toimiminen ei ole täysipäiväistä eli joustava opiskelu on mahdollista työskentelyn ohessa. Hallituksen jäsenet saavat toimeentulon takaamiseksi palkkiota  noin 500 euroa kuukaudessa ja puheenjohtaja palkkiota noin 800 euroa kuukaudessa riippuen hallituksen koosta ja talousarviosta. Vuonna 2017 hallituksen varapuheenjohtajan lisäpalkkio on 50 euroa.</font></p><p style="margin:0px;padding:0px 0px 1.7857em;font-size:14px"><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" color="#000000" style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">Hallitusvuoden jälkeen olet saanut:</font></p><ul style="margin:0px;padding:0px 0px 1.7857em 19px;font-size:14px"><li><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" color="#000000" style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">laajan suhdeverkoston ja uusia ystäviä ympäri Suomen</font></li><li><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" color="#000000" style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">itsevarmuutta ja rohkeutta vaikeidenkin tilanteiden hoitoon</font></li><li><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" color="#000000" style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">ainutlaatuista akateemista pääomaa ja uudenlaisia näkemyksiä koko elämään</font></li><li><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" color="#000000" style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">kokemusta työelämässä tarvittavista taidoista, kuten tiimityöskentelystä, projektinhallinnasta ja kokoustekniikasta</font></li></ul><p style="margin:0px;padding:0px 0px 1.7857em;font-size:14px"><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" color="#000000" style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)"><strong>Hallitukseen voi hakea kuka tahansa ylioppilaskunnan jäsen. Jätä hakemus ja ansioluettelo soveltuvilta osin osoitteeseen <a href="http://halloped.fi">halloped.fi</a> viimeistään 28.11. klo 23.59 mennessä.</strong> Voit laittaa hakemukseesi myös linkin, josta löytyy ansioluettelosi. Kerro hakemuksessasi, haetko hallituksen puheenjohtajaksi vai hallituksen jäseneksi sekä millaista osaamista sinulla on tehtävään. Edustajisto valitsee hallituksen puheenjohtajan ja jäsenet kokouksessaan 5.12. Järjestämme kaikille hakijoille haastattelutilaisuuden 29.11. klo 16 alkaen. Puheenjohtajalle sekä hallitukseen valituille järjestetään perehdytystä tehtävään viikoilla  13.12.-15.12. Puheenjohtajalle myös 11.-12.12.</font></p><p style="ma
