<strong>Lemminkäinen ja YIT suunnittelevat yhdistymistä </strong></h1>

Lemminkäinen ja YIT ilmoittivat kesäkuussa 2017 suunnitelmasta yhdistää yhtiöt. Uusi YIT tulee toimimaan 11 maassa ja sen liiketoiminta-alueet ovat Asuminen, Toimitilat, Infra ja Kiinteistöt. Yhdistymisen toteutuminen edellyttää vielä muun muassa kilpailuviranomaisten
hyväksyntää. KKV on saanut markkinaoikeudelta jatkoaikaa asian käsittelemiseksi 26.1.2018 asti. Näin ollen yhdistyminen toteutuu todennäköisesti aikaisintaan 1.2.2018.<br>

Lemminkäiselle lähetetyt kesätyöhakemukset ovat voimassa myös mahdollisen yhdistymisen toteutuessa. Yhdistymisen toteuduttua tiedotamme hakijoita sähköpostitse. Tässä yhteydessä kerromme miten toimia, mikäli et halua hakemuksesi siirtyvän yhdistyneeseen yritykseen.
