haluaa kehittää kehittyvissä maissa olevien lasten psykiatristen ongelmien hoitoa mobiililaitteiden avulla ja täten parantaa heidän elämänlaatuaan. Tiimin tehtävänä on rakentaa prototyyppi mobiili- ja terveydenhuoltopalvelulle Nepaliin, jonka avulla psykiatrisia
palveluita voidaan tarjota mobiilisti alueilla, joissa langaton tiedonsiirto yms. ei ole teollisuusmaiden tasolla.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

services and increase the wellbeing of citizens.<br>
<b>*Living and Breathing Data in Wellbeing - </b></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:#222222;mso-fareast-language:FI">Oulu’s 2020 City Strategy is aiming to create a whole portfolio of new services that
improve the wellbeing of the residents of the city of Oulu. How can Big Data be utilised in City management and service creation? How can this data be used to create new services and improve decision making, city planning etc.? How can you use the information
to battle against social challenges such as mental health problems, social exclusion etc?<br>
<b>*Living and Breathing Idea Accelerato</b>r - City of Oulu wants to bring together the residents, city officials and companies to engage them in co-creation of their own, better future. How can you enable different divisions of the city of Oulu and its officials
to take part in new service creation more extensively and more easily? How to harvest the best ideas from the employees / citizens / companies with an efficient process? How can we activate people to generate ideas and to communicate them to others<o:p></o:p></span></p>
