Koulutuksessa perehdytään häirintään puuttumisen toimintatapoihin järjestöissä ja työskennellään yhdessä tärkeän teeman parissa. Ryhmässä haetaan väljyyttä liialliseen vaativuuteen yhteisten keskustelujen, huumorin, harjoitusten ja alustusten kautta. Työskentelyn pohjana on kognitiivisen psykoterapian skeematerapeuttiset lähestymistavat. Ryhmässä pyritään löytämään hyväksyvämpi asenne itseä kohtaan minän eri puolia tarkastelemalla.</font></span></p><p style="margin:0px;padding:0px 0px 1.7857em"><span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)"><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" color="#444444">Ryhmä järjestetään ajalla 14.3.–23.5.2018.
