OYY:n tiedottajatapaamisen ohjelma + raportointi

Päivää kaikille! Ylioppilaskunta järjestää tänään torstaina 25.3. tapaamisen ainejärjestöjen tiedotusvastaaville. Ylioppilaskunnan puolesta paikalla ovat allekirjoittanut, sekä hallituksen järjestö- ja tiedotusvastaava Hanna-Leena Roivainen. Ilmoittautumisia on tullut mukavasti (liki 20), mutta matit ja maijatkin mahtuvat vielä mukaan. Vapaamuotoinen keskusteluilta alkaa kello 18:00 Puistomannen alakerrassa. Sauna on lämpimänä kahdeksasta eteenpäin. Tarjolla on pientä purtavaa ja 0-volttista juomaa -> omat saunavirvokkeet OHJELMA -OYY:n ja ainejärjestöjen välinen tiedottaminen, esim. ainejärjestöjen yhteystietojen päivittäminen ja spostilistojen käyttö -ylioppilaskunnan sähköpostilistat; kenen kannattaa kuulua millekin listalle ja millaista tiedottamista varten ne ovat -OYY:n www-sivut, mitä niiltä jo löytyy, ja mitä sinne halutaan/tarvitaan. Suunnitteilla erillinen järjestösivu, jonne tulisi reskiteröidyn yhdistyksen pyörittämiseen tarpeellista materiaalia HOX! Järjestötyöryhmä Kingit pohjusti asiaa raportissaan, jonka ehdotukset löytyvät reittiä www.oyy.fi > Hallitus > Päätökset > Päätökset 2003 (Kokous 20/03 5.9.2003) -ylioppilaskunnan akateemisten avustusten hakeminen. Järjestöille on lähetetty eilen kirjeet aiheesta. Käydään läpi lista tarvittavista liitteistä ja vaadituista tiedoista. Tänä vuonna olemme kiinnostuneita mm. opiskelijaedustajista laitosten opetuksen kehittämistyöryhmissä (OKTR). RAPORTOINTI Mikäli järjestöstänne ei pääse paikalle edustajaa, illan yhteenveto postitetaan perjantaina oyytiedotus-listalle, johon soisimme jokaisen hallituksen tai vähintään hallituksen tiedotusvastaavan kuuluvan. :) Liittyä voi osoitteessa www.lists.oulu.fi Ideoita ja ajatuksia kaikkeen ylläolevaan liittyen ja vähän vierestäkin voi laittaa allekirjoittaneelle milloin vain.
