Laajakaistaliittymän laittaminen lepotilaan OPOY:n Laajakaistaliittymän (Baana laajakaista, Taloyhtiö tai Kiinteistö) voi sulkea määräajaksi eli laittaa lepotilaan, esimerkiksi kesäloman tai pitkän työmatkan ajaksi. - Hinta 25 euroa, maksetaan suljettaessa - Sulkemisaika 2-4 kk, avaamispäivämäärä sovitaan sulkemisen yhteydessä - Liittymän avaaminen vain samaan osoitteeseen, muuten normaali siirtotyö, joka maksaa 49 euroa. - Asiakkaan on itse palautettava vuokrapäätelaite OPOY:lle tai maksettava siitä vuokra lepotilan ajalta - Lepotilan ajalta ei peritä liittymän kk-maksua - Liittymä avataan sovittuna päivänä, näin vältytään asennusruuhkilta - OPOY:n asentaja ei käy asiakkaan luona, avaaminen hoidetaan valvomosta käsin. Liittymän voi asettaa lepotilaan OPOY:n kautta asioimalla Torikadun/Arkistokadun myymälöissä tai soittamalla suoraan asiakaslinjalle, puhelin 0800-300 400. Tarvittaessa liittymä voidaan laittaa lepotilaan myös ATK-keskuksen neuvonnassa ja etätukipisteessä, mutta asioikaa ensisijaisesti OPOY:n kanssa. Myös PPO:n liittymille on vastaava lepotila käytäntö.
