Hei järjestöt! (In english below)
Olen saanut kyselyitä järjestöjen ständeily- ja lipunmyyntimahdollisuuksista Linnanmaan kampuksen pääväylällä. Tällä hetkellä myynti onnistuu vihreillä naulakoilla vain kahdelta järjestöltä saman aikaisesti. Virastomestareiden linjaus myyntipisteiden rajoittamisesta perustuu turvallisuuteen, sillä siinä kohtaa väylää mahtuu vain kaksi jonoa väylälle. Tilannetta hankaloittaa aulassa loppuvuoden kestävä remontti, jossa paperikaupan lakkaamisen jälkeen tilaa muokataan ja laajennetaan ravintolaksi. Remontti kestää vuoden vaihteeseen jolloin tilannetta puntaroidaan uudelleen.
Sovimme virastomestareiden esimiehen kanssa, että:
- Järjestöille on kaksi uutta ständipaikkaa harmaiden portaiden (entisen OYY:n toimiston portaat) vieressä L6-salia lähellä. Näille ständipaikoille järjestöt ottavat liikuteltavat pöydät L6-salia vastapäätä olevasta opiskelunurkkauksesta. *Pöydät tulee palauttaa samalle paikalle aina ständeilyn jälkeen.*
- Vihreille naulakoille jää kaksi ständeilypaikkaa. "Hätätilanteessa" vihreille naulakoille voidaan ottaa myös kolmas ständi. Ensin kuitenkin täytetään kaksi paikkaa portaiden vieressä kuin otetaan kolmas järjestö vihreille naulakoille.
- Ständeilijöiden tulee suuren jonon syntyessä ohjata jonoja niin, että jonot eivät tuki väylää. Uudella ständipaikalla harmaiden portaiden vieressä jono tulee ohjata kulman taakse kauppatieteiden käytävälle.
Lisäksi:
- Musiikin soittamisesta liian kovalla volyymilla on tullut palautetta virastomestareille, ja lupasin välittää teille terveisiä. Kun soitatte musiikkia, huolehtikaa että äänenvoimakkuus ei häiritse lähellä olevia luentosaleja ja opiskelutiloja.

Hi Student Organizations!
I’ve been asked to find out why at the moment it is only possible for two organizations to have a ticket stand at green coat racks at the same time. This procedure is for the security, more than two queues to the stands could block the hall. The construction work at the main lobby will also complicate having stands for student organizations. Construction work lasts till the end of this year. When it’s completed we will re-check the situation again with the janitors.
We have agreed with the janitors that:
- There is a new place for student organizations two sell tickets / have a stand. The place is next to ”grey stairs” (next to OYY’s previous office) near L6 lecture hall. Student organizations can take moveable tables for a stand from the ”studying corner” opposite the L6 lecture hall. *Tables have to be returned to the same place* after ticket sales (etc.)
- At the green coat racks there still is place for two stands. If there’s both 2 places at the green coat racks and at the grey stairs are reserved janitors can have third organization at the green coat rack.
- Organizations need to control the possible queue at their stand. Stands at the grey stairs need to guide the possible queue to continue behind the corner to the hall of business school.
Also note that:
- Janitors have received complaints that music is played too loud at the student organization stands. If you play music from stereos at your stand, please make sure that volume isn’t too high and it doesn’t disturb lectures and studying.
- If you play music at your stand please notice music copyright licensing http://www.teosto.fi/en/licensing
- Remember that you always have to reserve the stand from the janitors. Central hall reservations are made from the central hall services officers vahtlin@koivu.oulu.fi or p. 0294 483007.
