Megalomaniac combination of melodic, Detroit influenced intelli-techno and sophisticated booty shaking gucci-punk techhouse. Jussi-Pekka (vuo-rec, FNR)
Jussi-Pekka Parikka, also known as Jussi-Pekka, J-P Parikka or monoder lives in Tampere, Finland. His music is influenced by his environment... somehow it sounds like mother Russia and Scandinavia but in the end it´s his own style: the cool & crispy jussi-pekka -sound.
After releasing tracks on casa rosso, slip´n slide, dessous, pokerflat, morris/audio, worldless, stir15, statik-entertainment, latenightessentials, vuo-records and statra, he´s now one of the most uprising producer-talents in scandinavia and travelling as an internationally booked dj on a monthly basis.
In 2005 jussi-pekka will start his own label, called Frozen North Recordings, which stands for a clear & unique sound out of Tampere. Beside releasing his own tracks, he will give young talents a chance to establish themselves in the international club business.

Kalle M (vuo-rec)
Kalle-Markus Mätäsjärvi was born deep in the forests of Middle-Finland. He got interested in electronic dance music in the early nineties when he visited a big city for the first time in his life and got into a rave party held in Finlayson textile factories in Tampere. Kalle-Markus fell in love with techno music immediately after the first contact. Amiga 500 computer provided a great platform to the young and enthusiastic techno lover for making his first experiments in creating music.
In the late nineties Kalle-Markus started to take music production more seriously and started studying business and music production in Pirkanmaa Polytechnic in Virrat. During his studies in Virrat, Kalle-Markus developed a personal and smooth style to produce music. His productions are mainy deep and atmospheric techno which offeres the listener a great change to dive into the finnish melancholic and romantic soul landscapes.

Samuli Kemppi (Sam & Gigi, AM Specialists)
When techno meets elements such as clicks and cuts, dub, house and electro - this is usually the result that you get. Samuli Kemppi has been on the house and techno edge for years. His production skills are excellent and his sound is very close to that of for example Sutekh, Arial Leviste, John Tejada and the like. Minimal, but funky as hell!
Samuli, originating from Lahti, has been banging music since late 1998, but with knowledge and history ranging as far back as 1991 when he was arranging some of Finland's earlies underground warehouse parties. The soul of music has been with him for over twenty years now. Mind you, he IS and old fad by now, if ever-young looking (or trying to, anyway).
He along his Sam&Gigi project, has signed onto world-reknown labels such as Stickman, Siesta, Still, Aquarius and Ovum, on which their production has been tilting more towards the housier edge of electronic music, yet retaining minimal techno elements.
DJ Shuffle (vuo-rec)
DJ Shuffle alias Jukka Hänninen started his musical journey in the beginning of the nineties from early warehouse raves in his hometown, Tampere. He started DJ'ing in 1992. From there on his musical vision and taste has gone through the trance of early 1990's, acid, deep house and various techno sounds. They all have left influences on him, which can be heard in his tracks and dj-sets. Currently, he plays mostly deep and energetic stuff that ranges from deepest house and dub techno to tech-house and detroit techno sounds, not forgetting about electro.
It all depends on the situation. His mixing style is smooth, and he combines different kinds of tracks and forms something new of them. He is the resident-dj and promoter of two clubs, aalto[~] (deep techno) and valo-illat (a chill-out affair; deep house and dub-sounds), both taking place in Tampere.
