Oulun kansainvälinen kirjoittajapiiri "Vangitut" järjestää 22.-31.10.2004 monikielisen runo- ja tekstinäyttelyn "Kielimuurin ylistys" (Pohjankartano, Suvantokatu 1). Näyttely liittyy "Kansainvälinen Oulu" -tapahtumaan (ks. http://www.ouka.fi/international-oulu) ja se avataan virallisesti su 24.10.2004 klo 17.15. Paikalla ovat tuolloin piirin kirjoittajia ja yleisölle esitellään näyttelyn aihe. Tervetuloa! Vapaa pääsy!

Näyttelyssä ovat esillä seuraavat runot ja tekstit:
Bastian Fähnrich: Runoja kokoelmista "Kaikella kirjaimellisuudella" ja "In aller Buchstäblichkeit"
Oliver Jarde: "Surreal Language Occasions Which Changed the World" - tekstiotteita näytelmästä "A Peep Through the Keyhole"
Jani Koskela: Runoja "Viisi tankaa" ja "A Sestina of Insubstantial Borders"
Patrick Nesbitt: Runo "Solitary Stone/Yksinäinen kivi", essee "Prison Wall/Vankilan muuri" ja novelli "sic!"
Johan Plomp: Tekstit "Pyhä Nikolaus ja tähtipojat" ja "Sinterklaas en de sterrenjongens", runo "Guest Tongue"

The international writers' circle of Oulu "The Prisoners" organises a multilanguage poem and text exhibition called "In Praise of the Language Barrier" from 22.-31.10.2004 (Pohjankartano, Suvantokatu 1). The exhibition is part of the "International Oulu" -event (see http://www.ouka.fi/international-oulu) and it will be opened officially on Sunday 24.10.2004 at 17.15 o'clock. Some of the writers will be present at the occasion and introduce the topic of the exhbition to the audience. Welcome! Free entrance!

The following poems and texts are included in the exhibition:

Oulus internationaler Schreiberkreis "The Prisoners" veranstaltet vom 22.-31.10.2004 in Pohjankartano (Suvantokatu 1) eine vielsprachige Gedicht- und Textausstellung mit dem Titel "Kielimuurin ylistys" ("Lobpreis auf die Sprachbarriere"). Die Ausstellung findet statt im Rahmen der Veranstaltung "Internationales Oulu" (siehe http://www.ouka.fi/international-oulu) und wird von einigen Mitgliedern des Schreiberkreises offiziell eröffnet am Sonntag, den 24.10.2004 um 17.15 Uhr. Herzlich willkommen! Freier Eintritt!

Die folgenden Gedichte und Texte werden ausgestellt:
