Arvoisa kutsuvieras, 

Meillä on ilo kutsua teidät juhlimaan kanssamme Formula Student Oulun autonjulkistus- ja 10-vuotisjuhlaa Teekkaritalolle (Kalervontie 7) lauantaina 13.5.2023. 

Tämä kutsu on kahdelle.

Juhlien hinta on 20 € sisältäen illallisen, juomatarjoiluja sekä pääsyn jatkoille. Maksuohjeet lähetetään ilmottautumisessa annettuun sähköpostiosoitteeseen. 

Juhla alkaa klo. 17 ja jatkuu virallisen osuuden jälkeen rennompien jatkojen merkeissä noin klo. 20 alkaen. Pyydämme teitä ilmoittautumaan tämän viestin lopusta löytyvän linkin kautta 10.5.2023 mennessä. Kaikki osallistujat ilmoittautuvat erikseen. 

Juhlan pukukoodi on cocktail. Jatkoille siirryttäessä voi kuitenkin vaihtaa rennompaan asuun ja esimerkiksi haalarit, lakit ja muut asusteet ovat sallittuja. Jatkoilla lämpenee myös sauna eli sinne halutessanne ottakaa omat pyyhkeet mukaan. 

Halutessanne voitte esittää järjestölle tervehdyksen virallisen osuuden aikana. Ilmoitattehan tästä ilmoittautumislinkin lisätietoa-kohdassa.

Dear Guest, 

We invite you to celebrate the Car Reveal and 10th Anniversary Party of Formula Student Oulu at Teekkaritalo (Kalervontie 7) on Saturday, May 13th, 2023. 

This invitation is for two people. 

The party costs 20 € and covers dinner, drinks, and entrance to the afterparty. The instructions for the payment are sent to the email addresses reported in the registration. 

The party starts at 5 pm and continues after the official part with a more chill afterparty around 8 pm. Please register via the link at the end of this message by May 10th, 2023. All participants register separately. 

The dress code for the party is cocktail. However, when moving on to the afterparty, you can change to a more relaxed outfit; for example, overalls or other accessories are allowed. The sauna also heats up during the afterparty so bring your own towels.

If you wish, you can greet the organization during the official part. Please report this in the additional information section of the registration link.
