Ylioppilaskunnan piirissä toimivat järjestöt voivat hakea akateemista avustusta toimintaansa. Akateemista avustusta haetaan OYY:n järjestöportaalissa (www.oyy.fi/jp) 23.4. klo 23.59 mennessä täyttämällä kyselylomake yhdistyksen toiminnasta. Aine- ja harrastejärjestöille on erilliset kyselylomakkeet.
Akateemista avustusta hakiessa yhdistyksen tulee myös päivittää seuraavat liitteet järjestöportaaliin: kopio yhdistysrekisteri-ilmoituksesta, talousarvio kuluvalle tilikaudelle, viimeksi päättyneen tilikauden vahvistettu tilinpäätös, toimintakertomus edelliseltä toimintavuodelta sekä kopio voimassa olevista yhdistyksen säännöistä, ellei niitä ole aiemmin toimitettu.
Jos yhdistykselle on myönnetty OYY:n erityistoiminta-avustusta tälle vuodelle, se ei voi saada akateemista avustusta. Tarkemmat kriteerit akateemisten avustusten saamiseksi löytyvät OYY:n verkkosivuilta: www.oyy.fi/jarjestoille/jarjestoavustukset/

Student organisations within the student union can apply for Academic Activity Grants. The grant can be applied by filling in a questionnaire on OYY's Society Portal: www.oyy.fi/jp. The application round ends on the 23rd of April at 11.59 pm. Please note that there are separate questionnaires for subject societies and interest societies.
When an organisation is applying for the grant, it should update the following documents to OYY's Society Portal: a copy of the notice to the register of associations, action plan for this year, budget for this year, financial statement, annual report and a copy of the association's by-laws.
If the organisation has received OYY's Special Grant last year, it cannot get an Academic Activity Grant. See all the criteria for the grants on OYY's website: http://www.oyy.fi/en/student-societies/society-grants/
