VULCANALIAN OHJELMAHAKU

Minkälaista ohjelmaa sinä järjestäisit Vulcanaliaan? Nyt haetaan päräyttävää aktiviteettia ja OYY:n piirissä olevilla järjestöillä on mahdollisuus tienata 250€!

Käytössänne on:
– Katettu n.8m2 teltta tapahtuma-alueella
– Pistorasia(t)
– Lavan käyttö mahdollisuuksien mukaan
– Äänentoiston käyttö mahdollisuuksien mukaan

Muuta huomioitavaa:
– Kävijämäärä 3000-3500 henkeä
– Ulkolämpötila syyskuussa
– Ohjelman tulisi olla aktivoivaa ja hauskaa, aitoa opiskelijakulttuuria

Laittakaa ohjelmaideanne ja sen toteutus mahdollisimman realistisesti kuvailtuna sähköpostilla osoitteeseen vulcanalia@oyy.fi. Hakemuksessa tulee perustella miten tämä idea houkuttelee kaikkia opiskelijoita ja tekee Vulcanaliasta entistä upeamman tapahtuman. Kertokaa myös tarvitsetteko esim äänentoistoa tai tuoleja. Muistakaa merkitä järjestävä järjestö ja vastuuhenkilö yhteystietoineen. Deadline on 7.5.2017 jonka jälkeen Vulcanalia-tiimi valitsee parhaat ohjelmanumerot.

PROGRAM SEARCH FOR VULCANALIA

The opening party of the academic year, Vulcanalia, is on Wednesday the 6.9.2017 in Linnanmaa, on the parking lot between Ylioppilaskatu and Erkki Koiso-Kanttilankatu. It is the biggest single student event in Northern Finland, a night of coming together after summer, meeting all new and old friends in a great party. OYY has been organising Vulcanalia since 1995.

What kind of programme would you like to organise in Vulcanalia? We are now looking for some amazing activities and student organisations have the opportunity to earn 250 €!

You will be provided with
– A tent, size 9m2 inside the event area
– Electric socket(s)
– Stage use according to possibilities
– Sound system according to possibilities

Other stuff to note:
– Visitors 3000-3500
– Temperature outside at the venue in September (parking lot)
– Program should be fun and active, genuine student culture

Send your idea and a realistic depiction of how you make it happen to vulcanalia@oyy.fi. You should tell us why this program is interesting to all students and how it makes Vulcanalia even more fantastic. Tell us also if you need sound system or chairs etc. Remember to write which organisation is responsible and who is the contact person. Deadline is 7.5.2017 after which the Vulcanalia team will choose best program numbers/activities.
