Finnish and/or Swedish speaking Customer Services Representatives

Fixed term contract opportunities for 12 or 18 months.

Skandia is part of the Old Mutual group. We are one of the UK's leading providers of pension, investment and protection products.We are renowned for excellent customer service, and are looking for enthusiastic people to become part of our international customer services division.

Customer Services Representative role includes:
* Answering telephone calls, emails and letters
* Handling a broad range of customer queries
* Helping to investigate complex client queries
* General administration and processing work
* Ensuring deadlines and service standards are achieved.

Candidates will need to have excellent verbal and written communication
skills and be fluent in Finnish and/or Swedish and English. You will also need to be able to work accurately to tight deadlines, have a proactive attitude and genera! lly understand the importance of excellent customer service.

No financial experience is necessary as a full training will be given.
