Haemme järjestöporukkaa Vulcanalian lipunmyyntiin 1.9. ja 4.-6.9.2017.
Lipunmyynnin aikataulu ja paikat ovat:

Vihreät naulakot 1.9. klo 10-14 4.9. klo 10-14 5.9. klo 10-14 6.9. klo 10-15

Kontinkangas 5.9. klo 10-14 6.9. klo 10-14 -
Sticky Wingers (Torikatu 21-23, 90100 Oulu) 4.9. klo 16-18 5.9. klo 16-18
Järjestöporukalta edellytetään kykyä suoriutua tehtävistä huolellisesti sekä sitoutumista lipunmyynnin aikatauluun.
Lipunmyyntiurakasta maksetaan järjestölle 400 euron korvaus. Järjestön tulee järjestää myyjät kaikkiin listattuihin lipunmyyntivuoroihin siten, että jokaisessa vuorossa on kaksi henkilöä. Järjestö voi jakaa työvuorot henkilöiden kesken haluamallaan tavalla.
Lipunmyyntiurakkaan hakevan järjestön tulee kuulua OYY:n piiriin. Lisäksi järjestöllä pitää olla Y-tunnus ja sen tulee kuulua ennakkoperintärekisteriin.
Hakemuksessa tulee nimetä vuoroihin tulevat henkilöt. Lisäksi eduksi luetaan motivaatio haettavaan tehtävään ja palkkion tarpeellisuus järjestön toiminnalle.
Lähetä järjestöporukkasi hakemus osoitteeseen jenna.suorsa@oyy.fi. Lisää otsikkoriville teksti “Vulcanalian lipunmyynti”. Haku päättyy sunnuntaina 27.8. klo 23.59.
Valinta järjestöporukasta tehdään maanantaina 28.8. ja valituille järjestöille ilmoitetaan tämän jälkeen. Valinnan tekee Vulcanalian tapahtumatiimi. Järjestö saa valinnan jälkeen ohjeet lipunmyynnin toteuttamiseen.

OYY is looking for a student organization for Vulcanalia ticket sales on September 1st and September 4-6th.
Ticket sales schedule and locations:

Kontinkangas campus 5.9. at 10-14 6.9. at 10-14

Sticky Wingers (Torikatu 21-23, 90100 Oulu) 4.9. at 16-18 5.9. at 16-18
OYY will pay the student organization 400 euros for organizing and completing the ticket sales. The organization must have at least 2 persons for each shift. The organization may divide the shifts for as many people as they seem fit.
The organization must be within the activity groups working in connection to the Student Union.
In the application the organization must name all of the people who are coming to work at the ticket sales. Motivation and organization’s need for the 400 euro grant are big plusses in the application.

The organization will be chosen on August 28th and we will contact the chosen organisation for this task. The Vulcanalia team will choose the organization. The chosen organization will receive instructions for completing the task.
