Dear guilds and student socities - killat, ainejärjestöt and harrastejärjestöt,
Every year, OYY holds the AktiiviLupi trainings for student societies, covering issues such as legal obligations for associations, how to manage student associations, even-planning, how to write minutes... you name it!
This year, we are also holding a smaller-scale training in English with our international societies and non-Finnish speaking guild actives in mind. The training will take the form of a workshop. All OYY members interested in hearing about association work and OYY assistance for student organizations in English are welcome - especially those of you who are interested in maybe becoming active in the future, but also those keen to learn something new or simply brush up on some terminology and technicalities.
The training takes place on Thursday 20.3. from 16-19 in the OYY Olkkari (middle space in our office). Please see below to see a draft of the programme.
Refreshments and snacks will be served.
Please sign-up by Tue 18.3. at 15:00 at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1mzTUybo6PUeRl8O1EpdvsoDD7bmgymSHNKfAwFwIXBA...
Please feel free to spread the word around among other students at our universty.
BR, Henni and the OYY International and Student Societies team
