After School Snacks 2 eli OYY:n piirissä toimivien aine- ja harrastejärjestöjen hallituslaisten syksyinen tapaaminen pidetään lokakuussa 5.10. Paikkana toimii Oulun Tetra, Mäkelininkatu 31, 90100, Oulu.

Illan aikana mietimme yhdessä KV-toimintaa, sen merkitystä ja kuinka sitä voi järjestöissä parantaa. Sen jälkeen jaetaan laulukulttuurien helmiä toisillemme rentojen sitsien muodossa. Pientä purtavaa saadaan myös johonkin väliin. Alustava ohjelma on seuraava:

Pukukoodina toimii haalarit. Omia laulukirjoja kannattaa ottaa mukaan. Alkoholipitoista juotavaa emme valitettavasti tarjoa, sitä saa kuitenkin mukanaan tuoda. Samoin jos lopuksi saunaan haluaa, ota oma pyyhe ja uimapuku mukaan. Eli OPMx2

Ilmoittautuminen aukeaa 21.9. klo 12:00 ja sulkeutuu viimeistään siitä hetkestä viikon kuluttua. Per järjestö otetaan max. kolme osallistujaa mukaan. Myös yhteensä vain ensimmäiset 60 osallistujaa kaiken kaikkiaan otetaan mukaan, kunnes ilmoittautuminen sulkeutuu. Ilmoittautuminen tapahtuu täältä:

After School Snacks 2, the autumn meeting of the board members of the subject and hobby organizations operating within OYY, will be held on October 5.10. The location is Oulu Tetra, Mäkelininkatu 31, 90100, Oulu.

During the evening, we think about international students together, about activity, its importance and how it can be improved in organizations. After that, we share the gems of academic song culture with each other in the form of relaxed sitz. You will also get a small bite somewhere in between. The preliminary program is as follows:

The dress code is overalls. You should bring your own songbooks. Unfortunately, we do not offer alcoholic beverages, but you can bring them with you. Likewise, if you want to go to the sauna at the end, bring your own towel and bathing suit.

Registration opens on 21.9. at 12:00 and closes no later than one week after that moment. Per organization, max. three participants included. Also, only the first 60 participants in total will be included until registration closes. Registration takes place here:
