muistuttaisin, että käykäähän äänestämässä pikkujouluaktiviteettejä keskiviikko iltapäivään mennessä! Jos ei äänestä, niin oletamme, että kaikki vaihtoehdot käyvät! Katso ohjeet aiemmasta viestistä (alla).

Lisäksi, excelissä on sarake, johon voi laittaa, ettei aio osallistua. Tämä olisi ihan hyvä tieto, jotta kuitenkin näemme, että monet kykkiläiset ovat huomanneet tämän mailin.

In addition, there is a column for participation (yes, no) in the excel. You can also put there that you won’t join. This is a good information for us, so that we see that many people from KYK have at least seen/acknowledged this email.

Dear All,

we have now gathered five different options for our Christmas party 2025! Please see attached word-file (only in Finnish, sorry, but you will understand!) to see what is included in which option (”Paketti”). There are five options in total that are covering multiple activities – two are in Vuokatti and three in Kajaani. They also differ in their price. So, we are sure that everyone will find something that they prefer and can vote for.

We will now open a vote in an excel file located in the S-drive:
S:\KYK\Cemis-Oulu

File name: Pikkujoulut_2025.xlsx

Please vote by next Wednesday the 8^th of October for: 1) activity, 2) date and 3) whether you’d like to have sauna-option included. You may vote for multiple options.
PLEASE NOTE – only one person at the time can modify the excel – do remember to SAVE and close it, once you’ve added your votes.

We will then see which activity and date got the most votes and start organizing it. Notice: if the date does not suit the place for the activity, we will then take the second-best date etc.

olemme koonneet viisi erilaista vaihtoehtoa vuoden 2025 pikkujouluja varten! Liitteenä olevasta Word-tiedostosta näette, mitä kukin vaihtoehto (=Paketti) sisältää. Vaihtoehtoja on yhteensä viisi, ja ne kattavat erilaisia aktiviteetteja – kaksi sijaitsee Vuokatissa ja kolme Kajaanissa. Ne eroavat toisistaan myös hinnaltaan. Olemme siis varmoja, että jokainen löytää itselleen mieluisan vaihtoehdon, jota voi äänestää.

Äänestys tapahtuu Excel-tiedostossa, joka sijaitsee S-asemalla:

Tiedoston nimi: Pikkujoulut_2025.xlsx

Äänestä ensi keskiviikkoon 8. lokakuuta mennessä: 1) haluamasi aktiviteetti, 2) päivämäärä ja 3) haluatko saunavaihtoehdon mukaan. Voit äänestää useita vaihtoehtoja.

HUOM – vain yksi henkilö kerrallaan voi muokata Excel-tiedostoa – muista TALLENTAA ja sulkea tiedosto, kun olet lisännyt äänesi.

Sen jälkeen katsomme, mikä aktiviteetti ja päivämäärä saivat eniten ääniä, ja aloitamme järjestelyt. Huom: jos päivämäärä ei sovi aktiviteetin järjestäjälle, valitsemme toiseksi parhaan päivämäärän jne.

to kick off the planning for our Christmas party this year, please send me an e-mail if you are interested to participate in the planning of OR/AND if you have any ideas for the Christmas Party. I will then create a Teams-group that we can collect links/ideas into.

I guess the most important thing is to set the date as soon as possible, but for this we should have an idea of what we want to do (something easy and low key, that is also possible to agree on short notice – or some activity that needs to be reserved well in advance). But I will get back to the date (create a poll) within the next few weeks.

eli jotta saadaan suunnittelut aluille, niin laitatteko minulle viestiä, jos a) haluat olla mukana järjestämässä pikkujouluja ja/tai b) sinulla on ideoita, että mitä voitaisiin pikkujouluissa tehdä. Teen sitten meille oman Teams-chatin, mihin voidaan kerätä linkkejä yms.

Koetetaan saada päivämäärä sovittua mahdollisimman pian, laitan siitä parin viikon sisään mailia (äänestyksen). Mutta sitä varten pitäisi ensin olla käsitys, että tehdäänkö joku helppo illanvietto täällä MITY:llä (ei vaadi varauksia, voidaan sopia nopeallakin aikataululla) vai mennäänkö vaikka aktiviteettipuistoon, joka täytyisi varata hyvissä ajoin.
