Oulun yliopiston ohjeistuksen mukaan toimistohuoneiden roskiksissa ei käytetä enää erillistä muovipussia (kestävä kehitys ja vastuullisuus). Tästä syystä, toimistohuoneiden roskakorien muovipussit poistetaan tämän päivän siivouksen yhteydessä. Lisäksi ylimääräiset roska-astiat poistetaan, joten toimistohuoneisiin jää vain yksi roska-astia ja yksi paperinkeräyslaatikko (tämä koskee myös useamman hengen huoneita)

Tässä ohjeistusta toimistohuoneiden roskisten käyttöön:

- Biojätteitä ei saa laittaa toimistohuoneen roskikseen, vaan ne pitää viedä kahviohuoneen biojäteastiaan

- Purkat laitetaan paperipalan sisässä roskikseen (esim. post it-lappuun käärittynä)

- Lasit ja metallit viedään 3 krs kahvion lajitteluastioihin

- Pantilliset pullot palautetaan kauppoihin

According to the guidelines of the University of Oulu, a separate plastic bag is no longer used for garbage in office rooms (sustainable development and responsibility). For this reason, the plastic bags of the trash cans in the office rooms will be removed during today's cleaning. In addition, the extra trash cans are removed, so the office rooms only have one trash can and one paper collection box (this also applies to rooms with more than one person)

Here are the guidelines for the use of garbage in office rooms:

- Bio-waste must not be put in the garbage in the office room, but must be taken to the bio-waste bin in the coffee room

- Jars are placed inside a piece of paper as trash (e.g. wrapped in a post-it note)

- Glasses and metals are taken to sorting bins on the 3rd floor of the coffee room

- Pledged bottles are returned to stores
