Kaikki tiedotteet ovat luettavissa myös Avoinnetin Päivittäjät-osiossa. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HENKILÖVAIHDOS SUVI-TIIMISSÄ Tampereen yliopiston edustaja tiimissä on vaihtunut. Riikka Vannisen tilalle tiimiin on palannut Marjo Patokorpi. Marjo vastaa tiimissä opistotiedotukseen- ja päivitykseen liittyvistä asioista sekä opistoyhteistyöhön liittyvien selvitysten tekemisestä. Marjon yhteystiedot ovat marjo.patokorpi(a)uta.fi, p. (03) 3551 8089. SIVUSTOUUDISTUS KÄYNNISTYY Vuoden 2006 aikana verkkopalvelun uudistaminen ulotetaan kokonaisvaltaisesti koko palveluun. Kuluvan kevään aikana otetaan käyttöön uusittu opetustietokanta ja nyt käynnistetään myös sivuston asiasisältöjen ja visuaalisen ulkoasun arvioiminen. Täysin uusittu palvelu valmistuu kevääseen 2007 mennessä. Työ aloitetaan käynnistysseminaarilla, jossa määritellään verkkopalvelun tuottamisen ja ylläpidon tavoitteet, peruslähtökohdat ja reunaehdot. Seminaari pidetään 15.2. klo 9.45-13.00 Helsingissä. Tarkempi ohjelma löytyy Avoinnetin ilmoitustaululta kohdasta Sivusto uudistuu. Avoimen yliopiston edustajat ovat tervetulleita osallistumaan seminaarityöskentelyyn. Ilmoittautuminen sähköpostitse viimeistään 10.2. osoitteeseen tiina.lehmikoski-pessa(a)helsinki.fi. OPETUSTIETOKANTAUUDISTUS ETENEE Opetustietokannan ja päivitystyökalun uudelleen toteuttaminen on hyvässä vauhdissa. Käyttöliittymämalleja uuden opetustietokannan kentistä ja toiminnallisuuksista löydät Avoinnetin ilmoitustaululta. PEREHDYTYS UUDEN OPETUSTIETOKANNAN KÄYTTÖÖN Kaikille avoimien yliopistojen päivittäjille tarjotaan perehdytystä uuden päivitystyökalun käyttöön maaliskuussa järjestettävissä koulutustilaisuuksissa. Laita päivänmäärä jo kalenteriisi - tarkemmat tiedot koulutuksista ja ohjeet ilmoittautumisesta lähetämme helmikuussa. Perehdytystilaisuuden kesto on kolme tuntia. Aikataulu: Oulu 14.3. kaksi koulutusryhmää (aamupäivällä ja iltapäivällä) - yliopistopäivittäjät Rovaniemeltä, Oulusta ja Kokkolasta Kuopio 15.3. yksi tai kaksi ryhmää tarpeen mukaan - yliopistopäivittäjät Joensuusta ja Kuopiosta Tampere 20.3. yksi ryhmä (iltapäivällä) - yliopistopäivittäjät Tampereelta, Vaasasta, Seinäjoelta, Porista ja Hämeenlinnasta Turku 21.3. kaksi ryhmää (aamupäivällä ja iltapäivällä) Lahti 23.3. yksi ryhmä (aamupäivällä) - yliopistopäivittäjät Lahdesta (+ Lappeenranta ja Mikkeli) Jyväskylä 24.3. kaksi ryhmää (aamupäivällä ja iltapäivällä) - yliopistopäivittäjät Jyväskylästä Helsinki 17.3., 22.3. ja 24.3. kolme koulutusta (aamupäivät) - yliopistopäivittäjät pääkaupunkiseudulta Maalis-huhtikuussa järjestetään myös kolme perehdytystilaisuutta jo päivitystyössä mukana oleville opistopäivittäjille. Suvi-tiimi tiedottaa koulutuksista opistoille ja kerää ilmoittautumiset. Koulutukset järjestetään Oulussa 13.3., Jyväskylässä 3.4. ja Tampereella 10.4. Ensi syksynä järjestämme perehdytystilaisuuksia terpeen mukaan lisää. Toivomme, että ette itse aktiivisesti mainosta kevään koulutuksia yhteistyökumppaneillenne. KOULUTUSALA ERITTELEMÄTÖN JA ARKISTOIDUT KURSSIT Viime vuonna opetustietokannassa luovuttiin koulutusala erittelemätön -luokan käytöstä ja avoimia yliopistoja pyydettiin siirtämään ko. luokassa julkisena tai keskeneräisenä oleva opetus muuhun luokkaan. Arkistossa erittelemätön-luokassa olevat opetustiedot päätettiin kuitenkin käytännön syistä jättää siirtämättä. Arkistossa olevat erittelemättömät kurssit siirtyvät sellaisenaan uuteen opetustietokantaan, mutta niitä pystyy uudella päivitystyökalulla ainoastaan katselemaan, ei muokkaamaan tai kopioimaan. Jos siis avoimellasi on arkistossa koulutusala erittelemättömään luokiteltuja opetusdokumentteja, joita halutaan vielä muokata tai kopioida pohjaksi, tulisi se tehdä maaliskuun alkuun mennessä. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tämän tiedotteen toimitti Helena Majamäki. Moi! Niin kuin eilen oli tiimissä puhetta, olen nyt päivittänyt omalta osaltani vastuukartan tämän kevään ja viime syksyn osalta. Käykää laittamassa siihen omat aineet ja poistakaa kevät 2005. Syksy 2005 saa jäädä samoin kuin luonnollisesti tämä kevät. Päivitetään syksy 2006 sitten, kun saadaan vastaukset tiedekunnilta. Suunnittelijat voivat laittaa karttaan vastuusuunittelijan, varasuunnittelijan ja toimistoparin nimikirjaimet. Hei, muistattehan että viime vuonna 2005 tehdyt julkaisut tulee saattaa Oulun yliopisto tutkii -tietokannan julkaisurekisteriin. Vuoden 2005 julkaisujen ilmoittamisesta rehtorin kirje. http://www.oulu.fi/suurijakelu/2005/11/julkaisutoiminta.htm Tiedotteessa on tarkemmat ohjeet, kuinka toimitaan sekä julkaisuihin liittyvät kriteerit. Aikarajana vuoden loppu, mutta se siirtyi tammikuun lopulle. Siitä on erillinen tiedote. KOTU:n julkaisut voidaan tallentaa rekisteriin kirjaston toimesta. KKA on toimintaperiaatteidensa mukaisesti käynnistänyt seuranta-arvioinnin, jonka tarkoituksena on selvittää mitä vaikutuksia varsinaisia arvioinnilla oli ja miten yliopiston ovat pystyneet huomioimaan esiin nousseita kehittämiskohteita. Tiedoksenne, että yliopistonne rehtorille on perjantaina 13.1.2006 postitettu seuranta-arviointiin liittyvä kysymyslomake, joka pyydettiin palauttamaan täytettynä viimeistään tiistaina 7.2.2006. Kysymyslomake on avoimen yliopisto-opetuksen seuranta-arviointia koordinoivan työryhmän laatima. Liitän tähän viestiin rehtoreille lähetetyn saatekirjeen sekä kysymyslomakkeen.
