II circulation to advertise the 7th Science day of the Faculty of Medicine

Dear Colleques, It is my pleasure to advertise the upcoming 7th Science Day of the Faculty of Medicine by sending the second circulation. The preliminary program and the add of the event are attached. Please note that the deadline of abstract submission is with in two weeks - 27.11.09. The abstracts are submitted via the www.medicine.oulu.fi page. In there you will find the format of the abstract with instructions. Based on the subitted abstracts we will organize the sessions to cover the topics presented in the abstracts. We will give a change to quite many to present their work in a short talk. We will have also three plenary talks given by outstanding speakers. Looking forward the 7th Science Say of the Faculty of Medicine ! Malware sightings

Hi all, There seems to be a malware that infects memory sticks "in the wild". If you have had weird errors lately related to memory sticks or there's an extra "Open files/folder with a program etc." option available that was not there before (the first option in the list that usually appears when inserting a memory stick), then your memory stick might be infected. Never select that option or the virus might spread! The older versions of F-Secure might have a problem identifying the malware, but F-Secure Client Security 9 (or Microsoft Security Essentials) should identify and remove the malware.
