4th floor mail and copy room emptied on Friday 1st June

Dear all, Temporary arrangements in the mail and copy room: The room will be emptied on Friday. 1) Old mail boxes will be removed. Temporarily all new mail will be delivered to Anne´s office. The old mail that was found in the boxes is also in Anne´s possession, you can ask her. We will have the new mail and copy room with mail boxes ready hopefully by the end of next week. 2) The copy machine is moved temporarily to the coffee room nearby and it will be connected to the net. So everything should be running without any major interruptions in the functions. Rearrangements in the BCO 4th floor

Dear all, We will soon have some renovation and rearrangements in the 4th floor rooms (copy/mail room, liquid nitrogen room). Due to this there will be some temporary arrangements for the copy machine and mail boxes. The fax is already moved to room 469B (Reetta Vuolteenaho´s office). There will be also some construction work. Sorry for this inconvenience. In the future we will have the liquid nitrogen room in the current copy/mail room, and the copy/mail room will be moved to N2 room with access from the administration corridor. Jos haluatte saada laboratorioissa olevat jätteet mukaan samaan kuormaan, toimittaisitteko ne asianmukaisesti pakattuna ja merkittynä varastoon viimeistään 1.6.2012. Dear all, The storage room for hazardous waste will be emptied at the beginning of June. If you like to get hazardous waste kept in your laboratories removed at the same time, you should pack and mark them as instructed, and bring them to the storage room (015A) at latest 1st of June. /Harri

Important! Coffee maker on o/n, again!

Attention all coffee drinkers! The Kieppi 4th floor coffee room's coffee maker has been again ON overnight. If you make coffee still in the afternoon, please remember also to turn off the coffee maker before leaving. The smell in the morning is awful when the coffee has burned in to the pot. Ja sama suomeksi: Kiepin 4. kerroksen kahvihuoneen kahvinkeitin oli taas jäänyt yöksi päälle. Jos keittelet kahvia vielä iltapäivällä, muista käydä myös sammuttamassa keitin ennen kuin lähdet pois.
