REMINDER! Tiukasta budjetista johtuen iltajuhlaan osallistumisesta pyydämme 10 euron maksua. Tästä summasta puolet menee paikan vuokraan ja toisella puolella hankimme pientä purtavaa ja virvokkeita. Maksun voi maksaa joko minulle (L228) tai Katja Riipiselle (308A, lomalla vkn 43) viimeistään 31.10.13. Pikkujouluissa toimii sääntö "ken lahjan tuo, se lahjan saa". Tämä on siis täysin vapaehtoista ja sovimme, että lahjan arvo olisi n. 2 euroa. Myös kaikki ohjelmanumerot ovat tervetulleita! Since the budget is very tight we are collecting a fee for the evening party, 10 EUR. This will cover the rent of the place and the snacks and refreshment. You can bring a small Christmas present to the Christmas party, which are then randomly handed out among the participants. So if you bring a present, you will also get one. Hei, L-Biokin ja BCO-kiepin yhteiset pikkujoulut vietetään 15.11.2013. Päivällä meillä on lounas Lasaretissa (Kasarmintie 13) klo 14. Tämän jälkeen olemme vuokranneet iltajuhlapaikaksi Johteenhovin (Kansankentäntie 4). Iltajuhlapaikkaan voi siirtyä suoraa lounaan jälkeen, mutta ohjelma alkaa vasta klo 18.00. We have rented Johteenhovi (Kansankentäntie 4) for the place of the evening party. The program starts at 6 pm, but you can go there already straight after the lunch. Since the budget is very tight, the lunch is free for the registered people, but we are collecting a fee for the evening party, 10 €. Rakennamme vesijohtoa ja katurakenteita kyseisellä kadunosalla. Arvioitu työn kesto 2 viikkoa. Uusi tieyhteys on avattu Sairaalanrinteelle josta pääsee kulkemaan Kastellin tutkimusaseman puoleisille parkkipaikoille. Infotech Oulu Workshop 2013 on Optoelectronics Devices and Instrumentation XIII Tuesday, November 19, 2013 to Thursday, November 21, 2013 Infotech Oulu Workshop 2013, thirteenth in series on Optoelectronic Devices and Instrumentation and concentrating this time on “Novel measurement techniques and applications”, will be organized in 19th November - 21th November 2013. Workshop will be held in Oulu, Finland. The workshop will be lectured in English and is intended for advanced undergraduate and post-graduate students with some background in optics, optoelectronics devices and their manufacturing techniques. The workshop is closely associated with, and co-funded by, the Infotech Oulu Doctoral Program and Graduate School of Modern Optics and Photonics. Graduate students receive tentatively about 3-4 credit points by successfully passing the course.
