Sähkökatko Aapistie 5B tiistaina 27.2.2018 klo 16.00 – 19.00, sähkökatko vaikuttaa koko Aapistie 5B rakennukseen (Patologia, Koe-eläinkeskus, Farmakologia, Fysiologia, Terveystieteiden laitos) Kts.Liite Planned power outage (transformer maintenance) at Aapistie 5B on Tuesday 27.2.2018 between 16.00 – 19.00. The outage will affect the whole Aapistie 5B building (Pathology, Laboratory Animal Centre, Pharmacology, Physiology, Health Sciences). Personnel in the affected area are asked to turn off and disconnect equipment because the possible power surges can cause damage. Two backup generators will be operational during the power outage. The elevators in the area will be disabled before the outage. See attachment for more information.

Tehdään tästä normaalikäytänö, Näin erikoistilanteissa ei tarvitse tehdä erillisilmoitusta muutoksista. Hei kaikki Hyviä uutisia välinehuollosta. Kampuksen välinehuoltoon on palkattu sijainen, joten voimme avata Kiepin välinehuollon maanantaina 26.2. Kiepin välinehuolto palvelee taas normaaliin tapaan. DWA-välinehuolto: Poikkeustilanne jatkuu - No change in DWA service

Hei kaikki välinehuollossa on henkilökuntavajausta. Kampuksella on vain yksi välinehuoltaja paikalla. Tämä tilanne on voimassa vähintään 21.2. saakka, mutta saattaa kestää 25.2. asti. Välinehuoltaja työskentelee ainoastaan BMTK:n välinehuollon tiloissa palvellen koko kampusta. Kiepin välinehuoltopistettä käyttäville tiedoksi, että tiskit pitää kuljettaa itse BMTK:n välinehuoltoon huoneeseen F025 ja takaisin. Autoklaavi on huoneessa F043A, jonne viedään steriloitavat tavarat. Autoklavoitavat jätteet viedään huoneeseen F037B. Välinehuoltajan tavoitat puhelinnumerosta 050 406 5716, sis puh nro: 485760 Kiitokset yhteistyöstä. terveisin virpi P.S. Toivottavasti käytätte tätä palvelua, ettei labroihin keräänny suuria määriä tiskejä. Pienemmät erät on aina helpompi kuljettaa välinehuoltoprosessien kautta kuin suuret vuoret. There is only one person serving you in the DWA unit of the campus. This situation continues until 21st of February or even further until February 25th . The DWA service takes place only in the DWA unit of FBMM. For the users of the Kieppi DWA unit, please bring the dishes to the FBMM unit, room F025, by yourself. The autoclave is in the room F043A, please bring the items to be sterilized in this room. The waste is autoclaved in room F037B. Huomenta kaikki Pyydän teitä kaikkia tarkastamaan labrojen likaisen tiskin tilanteen ja viemään tiskit tänään torstaina biokemian puolen välinehuoltoon. Emme halua, että tiskit kasautuvat liikaa perjantaille ja saattaisivat jäädä likaisina odottamaan viikonlopun yli. Tiskit puhdistuvat paremmin, kun ne eivät ehdi pinttyä kauaa kuivana. Yhteispelillä se sujuu virpi Good morning everyone Please check the amount of dirty dishes you have in the labs and take the dishes today, on Thursday, to the DWA unit at the side of Biochemistry. We do not want, that all the dishes are brought to the unit on Friday. The dishes are much easier to clean as they do not stand dirty and dry for days.
