One must use a personal identifier ("jig"/access card) to open the door. * Every person working in the university facilities must follow public safety guidelines, spatial risk assessments guidelines and other regulations issued by the employer. * Do not enter the workplace with suspicion of a disease caused by a coronavirus (exposure and suitable symptoms). * In all situations, the distance between persons must be at least two (2) meters. * Everyone should take care of regular and careful hand hygiene. * Guests can be welcomed with special care and taking care of safety and distances. Hei, laminars in Kieppi BCO 3rd and 4th floor will be maintained (Airflow and filters checked) during next week on Wednesday 10.6. and Thursday 11.6. by a company, Kojair. In case you need a certain laminar at specific time on Wednesday and Thursday, please, let me know the room number and time asap. See list below. I will prepare a list for the maintenance persons. Yliopisto avaa tiloja opiskelijoille rajoitetusti / University campuses are now open for students on a restricted basis

Opiskelijat pääsevät kampuksille 24/7-kulkukortilla arkipäivisin kello 8–17 välisenä aikana, mutta ainoastaan tietyistä ovista. Myös kirjastojen lainaustoiminta ja Tellus avautuvat. Linnanmaalla opiskelijoiden kulku tapahtuu pääovelta 2T ja lasiyhdyskäytävän eteläpuolen ovelta A3. Kontinkankaalla on käytössä 7A-ovi. Kulkemisen rajoittamisella helpotetaan tartuntaketjujen jäljittämistä, mikäli sille tulee jälkikäteen tarvetta. Työntekijät pääsevät kampuksille jatkossa kuten nytkin, eli käyttämällä kulkutunnistetta millä tahansa ovella. Yliopiston kirjastojen lainauspalvelut on avoinna 1.–26.6. arkipäivisin klo 10–15. Heinäkuussa kirjastot on suljettu. Kirjastossa voi käydä lainaamassa ja palauttamassa kirjastoaineistoja, mutta opiskelutilat on suljettu ja pidempiaikainen oleskelu kirjaston tiloissa on kielletty. Tietoa kirjaston palveluista ja ajankohtaisista asioista poikkeustilanteessa on koottu tänne https://www.oulu.fi/kirjasto/node/200645. Tellukset ovat avoinna 1.6.–26.6. arkipäivisin kello 8–17 välisenä aikana ja palvelupiste on avoinna arkipäivisin Linnanmaalla klo 9–14 sekä Kontinkankaalla klo 10–15. University campuses are now open for students on a restricted basis The university campuses and services have been opened for students from 1 June 2020. Students can access campuses with their personal 24/7 access card from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm by using certain doors. Library lending activities and Tellus are also open. In Linnanmaa students will use the main door 2T or door A3 on the south side of the glass gateway. In Kontinkangas students must use the door 7A. The personal keys make it possible to track the chains of infections if there is a need for it afterwards. Personnel can pass through all doors by displaying a access card. Lending services of the University libraries are open from 1 to 26 June weekdays from 10am to 3pm. In July, the libraries are closed. Students can visit libraries to borrow and return library materials, but study facilities are closed and longer stay in premises is prohibited.
