DWA - Välinehuolto: Joulukuun toiminta

Hei kaikki vuosi 2022 alkaa kääntyä lopuilleen, niinpä muistutan kampuksen välinehuollon joulukuun aikatauluista [cid:image001.png@01D9057D.08C79A10]Viikolla 49 välinehuolto on suljettuna 5. -6.12. välinehuolto toimii normaalisti 7. -9.12. Viikolla 50 välinehuolto toimii normaalisti 12. -16.12. poikkeuksena solukaappien osien pesut ja steriloinnit. Viimeinen mahdollinen pesupäivä on to 15.12. Solukaappien pesuista on sovittava välinehuoltajien kanssa erikseen. Viikoilla 51 - 52 solukaappien osia ei pestä. Viikolla 51 välinehuolto toimii normaalisti 19.-22.12. välinehuolto on suljettuna pe 23.12. Viikolla 52 Välinehuollot toimivat normaalisti välipäivinä 27.-30.12.2022 koko välinehuollon tiimin puolesta - virpi Dear All Year 2022 is coming to an end, so I’ll remind you of the DWA unit schedules during December. Week 49: On Mon -Tue 5.- 6.12. the DWA unit is closed the DWA service is normal 7.-9.12 Week 50: the DWA service is normal 12.-16.12. except the washing and sterilization of the parts of cell culture incubators. Last possible day for the washing of those parts is Thu 15.12. You have to book the washing and sterilization in advance [cid:image002.png@01D9057D.08C79A10] with the personnel. On weeks 51 and 52 the incubator parts are not washed. Week 51: the DWA service is normal on Mon – Thu 19.- 22.12. On Fri 23rd the DWA unit is closed. Obligatory evacuation rehearsal in Aapistie 5A, Monday May 20, 9.30

Dear all, On Monday, May 20 there will be an obligatory evacuation rehearsal in Aapistie 5A. The alarm will be given in the morning around 9.30 (-10.30). Everybody in the building must go out. See instructions below. Our meeting place: in front of Dentopolis (see map). Thank you! EM sample preparation during the summer

Dear all, If you would like to have your samples (cell and tissue samples for TEM) prepared and analyzed before we start our summer holidays, you should bring them to the EM lab latest on Monday 10th of June. Hei kaikki Välinehuollon työntekijöiden ei ole enää mahdollista tehdä sterilointipusseja käyttäjille. Biokemian päässä käytävällä, lähellä autoklaavihuonetta, on pöytä, jossa on erilaisia pussiaihioita ja rullia sterilointiletkua. Näistä sopivan kokoisiksi leikatuista aihioista ja rullista voit itse tehdä tarvitsemasi kokoisia pusseja. Pöydältä löytyy sakset ja saumauskone pussien saumaamiseen. Saumauskoneen käyttöohje on laitteen päältä seinältä. Kysy tarvittaessa apua välinehuoltajilta. HUOM! Suljethan (saumaathan) pussit itse ennen kuin viet pussit steriloitaviksi! [cid:image001.png@01DA9AC8.224AE000] Dear All The DWA personnel is no longer able to make sterilization pouches for users. In the hallway at the FBMM, close to the autoclave room, there is a table with various pouch blanks and rolls of sterilization tubing. From these blanks and rolls cut to the appropriate size, you can make pouches of the size you need. On the table, you'll find scissors and a sealing machine for sealing the pouches. The operating instructions for the sealing machine are on a wall above the device. If necessary, ask DWA personnel for help. NOTE!
