DWA - Välinehuolto: Joulukuun toiminta

Hei kaikki vuosi 2022 alkaa kääntyä lopuilleen, niinpä muistutan kampuksen välinehuollon joulukuun aikatauluista [cid:image001.png@01D9057D.08C79A10]Viikolla 49 välinehuolto on suljettuna 5. -6.12. välinehuolto toimii normaalisti 7. -9.12. Viikolla 50 välinehuolto toimii normaalisti 12. -16.12. poikkeuksena solukaappien osien pesut ja steriloinnit. Viimeinen mahdollinen pesupäivä on to 15.12. Solukaappien pesuista on sovittava välinehuoltajien kanssa erikseen. Viikoilla 51 - 52 solukaappien osia ei pestä. Viikolla 51 välinehuolto toimii normaalisti 19.-22.12. välinehuolto on suljettuna pe 23.12. Viikolla 52 Välinehuollot toimivat normaalisti välipäivinä 27.-30.12.2022 koko välinehuollon tiimin puolesta - virpi Dear All Year 2022 is coming to an end, so I’ll remind you of the DWA unit schedules during December. Week 49: On Mon -Tue 5.- 6.12. the DWA unit is closed the DWA service is normal 7.-9.12 Week 50: the DWA service is normal 12.-16.12. except the washing and sterilization of the parts of cell culture incubators. Last possible day for the washing of those parts is Thu 15.12. You have to book the washing and sterilization in advance [cid:image002.png@01D9057D.08C79A10] with the personnel. On weeks 51 and 52 the incubator parts are not washed. Week 51: the DWA service is normal on Mon – Thu 19.- 22.12. On Fri 23rd the DWA unit is closed. Dear All Just a kind reminder that the waste autoclave at FBMM site is broken. Please do not bring any biological waste to FBMM autoclave rooms, but instead carry the waste to Kieppi facility. Safety walks for new people in BCO-Kieppi

Dear BCO-Kieppi people, We will again organize so-called "safety walks" for BCO-Kieppi people who have not yet participated in them. Please, inform your new members. We will walk through our premises and locate the emergency exits, fire alarms, fire extinguishers etc, check the meeting point for emergencies, and talk about safety. Participation to this about 30 min walk is obligatory for everybody. This is organized for your own safety. The next possibility to participate: September 10, starting at 14.00 in Finnish, and in English starting at 15.00. There will be another in November. November 11, starting at 14.00 in Finnish, and in English starting at 15.00. Starting point for the tours is top of the Aapistie 5A main staircase, 4th floor. See you there! Dear all Unfortunately, from today, September 13th, we have to start autoclaving all biological waste in Kieppi. Please, carry all your biological waste for disposal in Kieppi DWA unit room 237B. You will find clean autoclave bins in room 239B. The waste autoclave in FBMM site cannot be used because of a broken pump. Hei Kaikki Oulun yliopiston Kontinkankaan työntekijät, ICT on suuressa viisaudessaan poistattanut huoneiden numerot Pation henkilöhakutoiminnosta. Olen tästä asiasta ollut yhteydessä useampaan tahoon (ICT, HR ja Tilapalvelut) ja kun mitään ei tapahdu ... niin pyytäisin teitä omatoimisesti lisäämään huonetiedon Pation profiilin Lisätietoihin kts. esimerkki kuva alla. Virastomestarit kiittää kun ei tarvitse etsiä kissojen ja koirien kanssa ihmisten huoneita jos sinulle tulee vieraita tai kiireellinen tavaratoimitus esim. jääpaketti. I have contacted several services about this issue (ICT, HR and Facilities) and when nothing happens ... so I would ask you to add yourselves your room information to the Additional information of Patio's profile, see example image below.
