Cell-IQ Seminar – New tools for quantitative live cell imaging

Cell-IQ is designed to overcome the many challenges faced in live cell imaging. It provides optimized and automated incubation and imaging together with integrated analysis software which can extract large quantities of information completely label free. Cell types and morphologies can be distinguished and counted and many parameters such as scratch wound closure and neurite outgrowth measured with the analysis of phase contrast images while offering standard fluorescence imaging capabilities. Dedicated protocols which are easy to make and optimize are then used in batch process, exceeding the need to analyse single images and providing a wealth of kinetic data on your experiment.

Mika Remes from CM Technologies will give an outline of the capabilities of the Cell-IQ system. This includes a review of the classical Cell-IQ applications together with an introduction of novel analysis tools in the Cell-IQ Analyser software such as label-free single cell tracking.
