Dear all,
Please, check that you have up-to-date contact phone numbers by your freezers. In -70C freezers and -20C freezer rooms there are automatic alarms to a technical person in ISS who will check the problem. In case the problem continues and
the freezer starts to warm-up, there has to be some phone numbers that ISS can call to reach a person and warn about the problem. During weekends and especially during longer holidays, when nobody is around, one number is not enough.
