Dear all,

My 30 years in Kontinkangas campus are at least for now in completion. Indeed, so many years: I first started in August 1988 as a Master’s student in the Hospital, then worked as a pre-and postdoc researcher in the University in the Faculty of Medicine and Biocenter Oulu, and finally since 2011 in doctoral programme coordination tasks.

I have enjoyed working at this campus, but now it is time for a change: I will move today to Linnanmaa to a new job in the Unit for Strategy and Science Policy. I wish to thank all people I have had a pleasure to work with over time, and with many people the connections will continue in the future as well.

From now on, my colleague Mirja Peltola will take over my tasks as a full-time coordinator in the Health and Bioscience Doctoral Programme. Doctoral programme will be in good hands! More news will follow later.
