Järjestämme LBIOK:in ja BCO-kiepin yhteisen virkistymispäivän perjantaina 24.5. Olemme varanneet meille paikaksi hietasaaresta Veljeskodin (Mustasaarentie 9) klo 12:sta eteenpäin. Siellä meillä on ohjelmassa mm. ulkopelejä. Paikkaan järjestetään myös ruokailu. Veljeskodissa on myös mahdollisuus grillata omia eväitä ja saunoa. Olemme myös suunnitelleet erikoisohjelmaksi melomista ja jousiammuntaa. Tiukan budjetin vuoksi, melominen ja jousiammunta joudutaan kustantamaan itse. Jousiammunnan ohjaa Oulun Jousimiehet ry (http://www.oulunjousimiehet.fi/) ja hinnaksi tulee n. 10 €/ henkilö. Jousiammunta tapahtuu aamulla heti klo 9:00 Hietasaaren jousiammuntakentällä, Johteenkujalla. Melonnan ohjaa K&C ry (http://kc.fi/index.php) ja tämän hinnaksi tulee 20€/ henkilö. Melonta alkaa klo 12 ja paikkana on todennäköisesti Nokkalan veneilykeskus (kartta nettisivulta: http://kc.fi/index.php/palvelut/11-yleisoemelonnat-keskiviikkoisin). Voit joko osallistua sekä jousiammuntaan että melontaan, tai vain toiseen näistä. Voit myös osallistua pelkästään yhdessäoloon Veljeskodilla. Erikoisohjelmien tarkemmat ajat ja paikat ja ruokailu varmistuvat myöhemmin, mutta pyytäisimme alustavia ilmoittautumisia 6.5. mennessä. Ilmoittautua voi kahvihuoneissa.

We will have joint recreational day for LBIOK and BCO-kieppi on Friday 24th of May. We have rented a place called Veljeskoti from Hietasaari (Mustasaarentie 9) from 12 onwards. There we will have outdoor activities and lunch. There is also a possibility to grill your own food and go to a sauna. We have arranged also additional activities; archery and canoeing, but due to the tight budged; these additional activities have to be paid by participants themselves. Archery will be instructed by Oulun Jousimiehet ry (http://www.oulunjousimiehet.fi/) and it will cost about 10€/ participant. It will be arranged at 9 am in the archery track in Hietasaari (Johteenkuja). The canoeing will be instructed by K&C ry (http://kc.fi/index.php) and the price of the canoeing is 20€/ participant. The place will most probably be Nokkala boating center (map from the webpage: http://kc.fi/index.php/palvelut/11-yleisoemelonnat-keskiviikkoisin). You can participate to both archery and canoeing or just one of them. If you can’t do either, you are welcome just to have good time at the Veljeskoti. We will give the accurate information for the additional activities and the lunch later. Please, do your preliminary registrations by the 6th of May. There are lists in the coffee rooms.
